Shipping Policy
We ship every order with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Handling & Packaging Orders are processed and packed within 3–4 business days of payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
- Hungary: 2–5 business days
- Central & Eastern EU (CZ, SK, PL, RO, HR, SI, BG): 5–10 business days
- Western EU (DE, AT, FR, NL, BE, LU): 7–12 business days
- Southern EU (IT, ES, PT, GR, MT, CY): 8–14 business days
- Nordic countries (DK, SE, FI, EE, LV, LT, IE): 8–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Delays & Lost Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@crazycatcollection.com. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Customs & Import All shipments within the EU are free of customs duties. For countries outside the EU, local import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
