Invoicing Please note that due to tax regulations in Hungary, CrazyCatCollection is only able to issue invoices to private individuals, not to companies. Orders placed as a company will be automatically cancelled. All invoices are issued electronically and sent to the provided email address.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. As an EU-based seller, we comply with applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Consumer Rights EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Dispute Resolution We always aim to resolve any issues directly — please contact us first at info@crazycatcollection.com. If we cannot reach an agreement, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
